Submersible Sewage Pumps

HITEC Pump Industries have designed these Sewage pumps to handle large quantities of Solids thereby accomplishing dewatering as well as desilting ! The Pump is to prevent Frequent clogging of the sewer system due to sedimentation of mud, Sludge, Rags, Plastics, Cotton waste et; Maximum depth is 10 mtr. Liquid temperature is 40º C.

POWER SUPPLY : 415 ± 6%, 3 Phase, 50 Hz ± 3% AC supply. It is also available in other combination.
MOTOR : Squirrel cage induction motor of continuous rating having 'F' Class insulation with Bi-metallic. switches embedded in stator winding to protect against over heating.
BALL BEARING : Double row angular contact bearing at lower side to carry high trust and radial loads, Deep Groove single row ball bearing on upper side. These Bearings are filled with special grease to withstand high temperature.
POWER CABLE : Water Proof / Oil Proof PVC / EPR insulated double sheathed copper conductor flexible cable of appropriate size in 15 mtr. length.
MECHANICAL SEAL : Double seals in tandem arrangement immersed in oil to ensure long life maintenance free operation.

Application : Pumping of raw unscreened Sewage, Storm Water, Hotel, Lift irrigation, Paper Mills, ETP, Drainage System etc.
